Are all products reviewed before sale?

Yes. Every product listing is reviewed by Henko before publication. We check the product information, images and condition description to improve trust and transparency.

Do I receive warranty?

Yes. Eligible products sold through Henko include 3 months Henko warranty, giving buyers additional confidence when purchasing used equipment.

What happens if the product arrives damaged?

If your order arrives damaged, contact Henko immediately and provide photos of the packaging and the product. We will investigate the issue and help find a suitable solution.

Can I return a product?

Yes. Buyers may return products within 5 working days after delivery, provided the product is returned in the same condition as received.

How do I know the seller is trustworthy?

Henko reviews sellers and listings before products go live. Payments are handled securely and sellers are only paid after delivery and buyer approval.

Is my payment secure?

Yes. Payments are processed securely. The seller receives payment only after the product has been delivered and the 48-hour approval period has passed.

Do you ship internationally?

Henko is active in more than 50 countries worldwide. Shipping options may vary depending on seller location, buyer location and product type.

How do I list my equipment?

You can submit your product information, photos, condition details and asking price through the Henko seller submission process.

Does Henko review my listing?

Yes. Every listing is reviewed before publication to ensure quality, consistency and accuracy across the marketplace.

How much commission does Henko charge?

Henko charges a success fee after sale: 25% for products up to €500, 22% for products from €500 to €2,500 and 20% for products above €2,500.

When do I get paid?

Payment is released after the buyer has received and approved the product. The approval period lasts 48 hours after delivery.

Do I need to ship the product myself?

Yes. After a successful sale, the seller is responsible for packing the product securely and shipping it to the buyer.

Who is responsible for transport damage?

Transport damage is the responsibility of the seller. The seller must ensure the product is packed professionally and safely for transport.

What if the buyer is not satisfied?

Buyers may return products within 48 hours after delivery. Henko will help guide the return process and assess the situation where needed.

Do I give Henko exclusive selling rights?

Yes. Products listed on Henko should not be actively offered through other marketplaces during the listing period. This prevents duplicate sales and availability issues.
